Can anyone see the catch with this package?
Seems cheaper than our current, offers more bandwidth and static IP (Which is what we need for a server we run)

The exchange is like 400 meters from our house so pretty much yeah ;)

I've already checked our attenuation numbers and they're good enough to get about 18-20mbit in theory.

I'll try to remember to double check that number. As the crow flies isn't a good measure but I've got access to BT Openreaches records now.
