What's the catch?

Can anyone see the catch with this package?
Seems cheaper than our current, offers more bandwidth and static IP (Which is what we need for a server we run)

I have been with Be for a while now. You may want to see if you can use an alternative router as the stock one is not particularly configurable. When The wiring in my house is not playing up I get about 17meg.

Already checked that. Our existing router supports ADSL2+ and should work fine :)
