Insurance time

Well, insurance time again.
Depressingly it seems I'm not going to be below £1000.
Almost certainly as a result of the loss of no-claim from an accident, but that's how it goes. Best quote so far is from Admiral at £1012 and some change.

Anyone got good insurance suggestions?

Yeah, it's what? A £1000 fine plus points on your license for driving without insurance?

If it were only the fine that was the risk, then it'd probably be worth it.

I mean, any claim I make is going to have to be over £600 for me to even think about making it, between loss of NCB again, and policy excess again.
