sobriqueHow did Russell T Davis completely fail to grasp the key point of building stories. I mean that episode just feels like he stuck together some of the bits of films and stories he thought were tension building. Unfortunately without grasping quite why.
Sigh. It could have been good. Sadly it slams into the iceberg of mediocrity.
The redemption comes in having the asteroids hit at 19:12. Or would if I thought it was deliberate.

That said, I hope to fuck that RTD does not write the three 'season specials' in 2009.
