I appear to have lost about a pint of blood.
This is not a problem.
I'm not allowed to go swimming tonight though, which is vaguely annoying.
Never mind, I shall just have to eat take out food tonight :)

And ... when giving blood, they're generally only worried about stuff that can be passed on. Diseases and the like. I don't know if that would apply of course. It may be worth enquiring :)
