Date: 2006-03-15 03:31 pm (UTC)Aparently the legislation is designed to free up time in Parliment so outdated laws can be updated.
Of course some commentators have already pointed out that Germany enacted legislation just like after the Reichstag fire and before the Second World War...
Not to mention this legislation will also apply to itself.
Hurrah! I want to move somewhere less oppressive, but I don't speak Brazilian...
