Arsehat estate agents

Moving house at the end of the month.

House found.
Notice given.
Letters changing address prepared.
Standing orders amended/cancelled.
References complete.

And then the the estate agents ring to say that 'the landlord has backed out'.
It's 3 weeks to the end of the month when my contract lapses.
And now I've got to start again.
Oh, and if I don't find something, then make some arrangement with current landlords to stay on a bit longer.

Wankers!
