Whee, POETS day once more.
Filled with ebulliant enthusiasm for SINergy on sunday.

It seems we're 'likely' to be getting [livejournal.com profile] mrph and [livejournal.com profile] mrbear DJing for us, which will be very muchacho coolness.

I'll be doing the breakfast thing at 11am-ish on Sunday, and once we've munched, then it'll be 'figure out transport' and head off. I believe that [livejournal.com profile] malal will be skipping breakfast, because he's wanting to stay in bed instead.

(Bah. Lazy! :))

As ever, I'm a little nervous about turn out, and overall 'success' of the next session. When reffing, we're looking at having 5 major and 10 minor 'events', along with 20 fixer jobs.
Per ref.

On another note:

You're likely to be getting me - I don't know the odds on [livejournal.com profile] mrbear, so you'd need to ask him. Transport is still tbc, in any case...

I shall see what can be arranged. Unfortunatly, it's appearing that we're down a driver, which makes us distinctly marginal for numbers of people moved. I'll talk with a few people at the pub about it tonight.

Worst case, is that leicester isn't so far that two trips are entirely out of the question...

Maybe also good to plan a couple of extra major events and another 5 or so minor ones just in case. :)

Indeed. We have. At least, we can recycle them if they don't get used...

(This reffing lark takes a load of work)

Tell me about it! I remember co-reffing the Wwk wampire larps with [livejournal.com profile] the_g_man. And sometimes just getting players to notice the plot is a pain. Good chance I'll be there, but by no means certain. If I'm there, I'm quite happy to do any NPC-ing you need.

I say yes to swinging on a star, but ONLY if I get to carry moonbeams home in a jar.

I might like to swing by a store,
Carry moonshine bottles galore
And pork scratchings to gnaw.
But I'd rather be fish.

All the monkeys aren't in the zoo... Every day you meet quite a few...

That song was in Hudson Hawk? Hang on, have I even see Hudson Hawk? Huh. I'm such a space cadet.

I have the song if you'd like the mp3. :o)
