Memories

Do you use the memories feature of LJ?
And if so, do you ever go looking through other people's 'memorable moments'?

It can be really quite fascinating - an insight into things that various people have considered 'important'.

Of course, this only really applies to _public_ memories, but there's some few on my friends list who have picked out some rather profound things as memories.

And then there's me - I use it as an organizing tool more than anything.

Ah, but if you use it for organising things that you consider worthwhile, then it can provide a useful way of tracking 'interesting' articles.

Yeah, but now I'm feeling guilty because there are things that others have written that I meant to go back and add to memories yet haven't gotten around to it. My Memories are inadequate.

Which is actually an apt description of me anyway. So. Um. Nevermind. :D
