SINergy, transport and stuff

Right. Well, it's SINergy this weekend, and I'm figuring out logistics.

As far as I'm aware we have:

Me, Kev, Laura, Oliver and Andrew (notionally from our household)

Robin, Clare, Huw, Tristan

Paul H, Adam, Dave.

Paul T, Jude.

Does anyone know if we have a Richard?
I believe there is a chance we also have Graham.

Now I make that a potential 16 people. I'm also going to be prop monkey. I'll need to arrange to collect 'about a car load' of props from nottingham. And I'll also need to transport a car load of props to SINergy. (The carload from notts are 'occasional' props)

Looks like we're not going to have an amazing turn out unfortunately. Oh well, here's hoping.

Edit: Looks like we have confirmation of Richard, Graham and Anna.

One way or another, you're more than welcome to join us.
Even if I have to make two trips (thankfully, leicester is only 20 miles, rather than 50).

After all, if we can show up with near 20 from Cov, that's a good fraction of the 'critical mass' we need to make this event happen.
