I would like to know if I can come take part if I a am welcome b can afford it c can mange to sort it out on the round leg of returning from fantastic ball on 17th in Cambridge.

Well, I can't help on the others, but you'd be welcome. Invite is open to anyone who doesn't find the notion of wandering around Cov with some "sci-fi/fantasy" types (that covers a fairly broad spectrum of people, but there's certainly several you'd have met at Maelstrom), whilst drinking beer and maybe getting a bit drunk to be distasteful.
