I've just been tidying. I now have like, space in my room. Well, ok, it's not much space, but at least I can stand on the floor again.

I also seem to have a binbag load of clothes, that'll not get worn again by me, for a variety of reasons.
Anyone got any worthy causees to deposit said bag of clothes?
Otherwise I think it's charity shop. Anyone know how that works? Can you just trundle in with a bag and dump in on them?

I'm thinking my book/DVD pile will need similar treatment at some point. I have many things that I'm not going to read/watch again.
DVDs I'm considering dumping on CEX or something, but am open to suggestions.
And also as regards books.

On an unrelated (well, maybe not so much) today has been a good day. THings have been bright and clear, and ... everything just kinda worked. Bounced out of bed with a spring in my step (metaphorically speaking at least). I like it when things are like that. I want it to happen more.

There's always Freecycle, for pretty much anything you want rid of. I try there first, charity shops second, and the bin only as an absolute last resort for stuff that's too knackered to be of any use to anyone.

Don't forget the other option with wearable clothes of dropping them in the recycling bin at the tip. They do take the wearable clothes and try to put them to use rather then just burning/whatever.

It's one of the things I am fairly proud of - Coventry tip is well organised and tries to recycle pretty much everything that can be recycled.

I'll take a look at any books/dvds before you throw them out.
