What kind of person steals a single windscreen wiper?

This morning, my drivers side wiper was gone.
That was faintly annoying.

Oh well, my wipers were due for replacement soon anyway...

Probably the same kind of fuckwit who bends the windscreen wipers backwards (maybe they were trying to nick them, but couldn't manage it), or who repeatedly smashes my driver's side wing mirror(very helpful, thank you). Or once, somebody who evidently wasn't able to figure out how to nick my bike slaked their desire for theft by stealing the top of my bicycle bell. Just the top, so I couldn't ring it.
Who are these mo-fos?
