Allergies

Well, I've had an allergy test thingy.
The results are graded as '0-4', with 0 being no reaction, to 4 being severe reaction.
I got
1: Egg White

0-1: (e.g. mildly reactive)
Mollusc Mix
Mustard Seed
Peanut
Yeast.

So, maybe I'll be thinking about how to avoid those.

They do. I've had a blood test for some various things I was having problems with - fatigue and losing weight being something that bothered me (falling asleep at work being generally a bad thing).

The doctor wasn't exactly helpful, in a 'well, have you tried not being quite so fat' kind of way.
