sobriqueUrgh. Today I get out of work late. That new toy, I mentioned before (the vmware server) well, it turns out that the OS I was installing on it (VMWare ESX) has problems with most of the hardware in it.
It's sort of 6 month old OS rev, and 6 week old hardware, and they're not playing nice. I've been downloading updates, and new isos. So that'll be tomorrow spent faffing with that.
Still in Middenheim. Managed to get through about 6 hours.
But it was entertaining.
Our merchant Tarim (aka Seb) went to cash in a bond, for some diamonds. And then proceeded to get plot threads on they way home.
Our mage drops a tac nuke with a 'I saw your sister die, and butchered your grandfather myself' message. Sent to Gothard wossname, Council leader type blokey.
He's turning out to be a right fucking psycho. Got a list of people to kill. Going to start at 'A' and word down.
The rogue dude sort of got left out, cos he's new, and he's a shifty little bastard. Well, it kinda left Kev out, but ... well ... there's IC justification. (And OC, but of course, we don't know about that...)
And that was about it really.
Oh, no, Borrie went and started to incide the dwarves to war. Their response (after a donation of 100 gold) was 'which way, oh and would you like a safe house, some money, some weapons, and a few soliders?'
Didn't get into any trouble this week (well, my character didn't directly). Which is nice. Still need to find purple hand bastards, who think I owe them oodles of cash. And chaos cult, but goatherd is linked in with that. Oh and win archery contest.
Hmm... potential here I think.
SINergy sunday. Contemplating having mirage 'on holiday'. Present, but sitting back and quaffing. After all, our surgery _is_ closed.
Still no delivery from airsoft dynamics (shotgun shells, and shotgun sling)
Still no delivery from amazon (regionless DVD player, yes minister series 1, and a book about voodoo for SINergy)
Still no delivery from I want one of those (Christmas presents really, but a few toys in there)
