In reply to the original question, no or at least managing to remove the mixture that is "milk" from the mixture that is "coffee" would be almost impossible save for anyone who could be arsed to separate every single component of both mixtures and recombine all the pure, separate constituents of milk in their original relative quantities.
On a separate note do you know what the most expensive coffee in the world is? Apparently there's a particular type of wildcat which is capable of eating coffee beans whole, not mushing them up and pooing them out. The beans are then collected, washed and ground to make the world's rarest and most expensive coffee. Don't ask me how it tastes though. Would you eat washed and ground cat poo? So I guess Adam is partly right with the cow thing?!
