Yes. Leave said coffee at room temperature for several days until the milk splits from the other liquid(s). Not recommended though. :)

That's not truely seperating the milk and the coffee - the fats separate - but the milk does not - either in component or whole form.

Oh and No. Coffee is slightly acidic and breaks down the milk - brom then on you're buggered.
