You should reply with an equally generic response. Some thing like:

Dear $RECRUITMENT_AGENT"
Thank you for taking the time to inform me of the vacancy, ref:343680.

As you may have seen from my CV, I suit THESE ASPECTS of the SELECT FROM JOB DESCRIPTION HERE that you mentioned below. However I would be interested in knowing more details before you put me forward for this position. For example, a job title, salary, what the role entails and required skills and experience for applicants might be useful information in addition to the very minimal job description you supplied.
