Friday approaches once more.
My plan is to go to the Monsoon restaurant at about 1900, currymonster for a bit, and then continue on to the Whitefriars afterwards.
If there's several people who are interested in getting indian food, then please let me know, and I'll ensure there's table space. (Whilst walking into a restaurant, and asking for a table for 'um, don't know how many' works, it's handy to have some idea :))

I'm amenable either way - I'm driving due to being on call. (although might have to clear the shite out of my car if I'm giving lifts).
But ... well TG gets pricey fast :)

Would your reaction be the same if the venue were to be Turmeric Gold? (It's an 'Excellent' Indian restaurant, food's better, but liable to cost more)

I'd be less enthusiastic, less likely to go to the pub afterwoods, and I've no clue where it is or how to get there.

But I'd still go. Been wanting to try it for a while. :-)
