Whilst Michael Jackson may be a rather talented artist, the "Thriller" album probably isn't the best choice for you 'on hold' music.
Because your customers have a chance, as I did today, of getting the 'manical laughter' bit of 'Thriller' just after you put them on hold.

There must also be a lot of people who get the maniacal laughter bit just after the call gets answered.
