Ashby-de-la-Zouch
The Quality Health Safety and Environment (QHSE)/Business Improvement function is based in Ashby-de-la-Zouch. We have a vacancy for a departmental administrator to provide full administrative support to the team and ensure reports and communications are issued on time. The position is a temporary one to cover maternity leave and is anticipated to be for a period of ten months.
Main duties will include:
typing, photocopying and filing
managing stock of safety packs, issuing to sites and reordering as necessary
logging all accident book entries as sent in from site
logging audit reports and corrective actions and issuing to relevant managers
entering customer compliments and complaints on to database
entering customer satisfaction surveys on to database and issuing corrective actions to managers as appropriate
logging safety rating audits on to audit schedule
providing occasional cover for reception
Candidates should possess GCSE maths and English; be computer literate and proficient in MS word, excel and powerpoint and Lotus Notes; have experience in an office administrative role and be organised, self-motivated and able to communicate at all levels.
