An offensive letter?

sobriqueI've just had a most offensive letter from our estate agents. Pretty much entirely out of the blue.
It says (roughly):
Your boiler inspection is due.
An engineer has been booked for 12:00 to 17:00 on Thursday.
If you break the appointment (rather than rearrange), we'll fine you £25.
This offends me.
I think I'm going to have to phone them tomorrow and abuse them.
I think, actually, I'll have to send them a letter back saying almost exactly the same thing. (After all, I'm the one who has to book holiday. The fact that I already have is entirely moot).
