Gave them ultimatum.
I want a free upgrade, and a 500 minutes any to any contract for 25 quid a month.
Their response?
OK. Our standard contract is 400 any to any, but we'll do you that for 25 quid instead of the standard 50. We'll give you an Ericsson T610, and sell you a sony bluetooth headset for £50, and then credit that on your bill.
That'll do.
Up a £99 headset.
Down 100 minutes a month.
Now all I've got to do is figure out who I'll phone for 4 hours each month...
