A pub gathering

This friday, there shall be a gathering down the pub.
The Nursery,
Lord St.
Earlsdon
Coventry.
Real Ale, no jukebox, real pork scratchings, and of course, my glorious presence.

I believe that Andrew shall be attendance, and at last word, there was a likelyhood of the_wood_gnome.

Indeed not. Merely wide ranging and erudite conversation, with a variety of entertaining, intellectual and perceptive people. (OK, so the conversation is mostly fairly average drunken ranting, but I tend to skew the results ;p)
Obviously if one is located in Coventry, the invitation is easier to accept. The offer remains open to ... well almost anyone who might read this.
I may well even be able to arrange accomodation.

It's a fairly regular event (as in, most weeks, provided there are still more than two people who are up for it)

What's wrong with just 2 people? Sure, it means you have only one other person to rant at all night, but...
And how often am I _not_ up for going to the pub on Friday? ;)

Yes, there's almost always _some people_ going to the pub. But it's less frequent that there's a 'big crowd' so we can suitably entertain a visitor. (In the hopes of a subsequent repeat visit)

I just figured I'd pimp your enthusiasm and good nature as an entirely selfish incentive to get people to come to the pub.
