Phone upgrade
Jun. 27th, 2005 12:48 pmWell, I've been blagging phones.
After telling the first upgrade deal 'not a chance' (Same tariff, £120 to upgrade) they've come back with:
400 minutes for £25. (e.g. a doubled anytime 200 package, retained from last time I played this blagging game).
A £6 for £12 of data (standard offering)
£150 for the phone Nokia 6680.
But 6 months of free line rental.
Ok, so it hits me a bit up front, but overall, the upgrade costs 6 months interest on £150.
'spect I might have pushed them a little further, but the only deal I found that compared really was with Three, and they've not impressed me overly.
So, if you're upgradeing, always turn down their first offer :)
