The thought has just occured that it's upgrade time now.
I'm in the last 60days of my initial contract term with vodaphone.
So, I'm looking for mobile recommendations.

I've got a Nokia 6810. That's done me well enough.

Catching my eye has been the Motorola Razr v3, as that's kinda compact and neat.

I also had a T610 for a couple of weeks, and thought that was really rather good.

My only absolute requirement is supporting bluetooth. Ideally lacking a camera, but that's pretty much impossible these days, so ...

If you want a small fast phone, the Nokia 6230 is a great little handset... getting a bit long in the tooth now though.

I personally have a Nokia 6630 that I really like, if you wanted a "smartphone" though the newer 6680 is the one to go for.

Avoid the Motorola v3, it suffers from the same problem as all recent motorolas, nice hardware, crap software.

The t610 is a hideous steaming pile of crap.

I find that the interface on this 'ere 6810 is a little clunky. I did rather like the T610, although my experience may have been somewhat coloured by Float's Mobile Agent. Certainly a workmate has more recent one, and that looks fairly comparable.

How things change over a year.

I've been looking at the SE k750. Looks to be a very up to date version of the y610/t630 (ie same style). Has a 2 megapixel camera with a built in cover to stop it getting knackered in your pocket. Useful ammounts of on board memory and comes with a 64mb Memory Stick Duo. All in all seems to have a good feature set.
