Thanks to [livejournal.com profile] wolflady26 for the heads up.

George R. R. Martin has finished A Feast for Crows, as announced on his website.

At 1527 pages, it's been split into two volumes again. This time, Vol. 1 will be one set of characters, and Vol. 2 will be another set, but with concurrent timelines.

This may or may not have a telling impact on your life. All I can say is I've immensely enjoyed the previous 3 books (in 4 parts, as there's a 3 part 1 and 3 part 2, which is frankly just confusing).

Please excuse me, I need to go and set up my camp bed outside the bookshop. (Or I could just be a wussboy and use the Amazon pre-order, but where's the dedication in that.)
