Yes, that's right, a rotary .50cal minigun.

OK, I still think the H&G grenade machinegun is one of the most evil ideas ever, but, it's hard pressed when faced with such evidence (11Mb).

That said there is a demo video of the GMG. It's not quite as much fun though...
