It's for a Data Manager
Pay is £15k or so, but with a £2K allowance. Some travel may be required. Skills with Linux essential. Bonus points for: Computing (C, Perl, HTML/CGI), data management, electronics, analysis and visualisation, atmospheric or space science.

Working in conjunction with this team, your main area of responsibility will be to maintain the data management and visualisation systems, as well as ensure the scientific integrity of instrument data.

Hmm... Well, despite the fact I have little actual experience, am an editor, and mainly versed in word processing, would they pay me to move from the States?
