Today is quite a pleasant day. Driving to work listening to Classic FM was almost perfectly timed to co-incide with the rising sun. Which meant I was treated to that wonderful transition of the first light of dawn.
Not entirely co-incidence, since I can track the sunrise with my watch, but pleasant never the less.
I also forgot how marvelous the morning feels before sunrise. Really, at 6am, on a cold crisp morning, the world feels a different place. Coventry was quiet, and the air was fresh and clear.
This was necessitated by demise of our shower. Lights come on, system buzzes, but no water comes out.
So of course, I had to go to the gym, for a swim. And of course, a nice long shower.
I've got one of those Gilette M3 Power razors. Really rather strange - they 'wiggle' (not how I'm avoiding using the word 'vibrate'. That brings to mind bad images of trying to shave with a dildo) which lifts the hair on the face, and cuts cleaner. I have to say, it seems to work, even though it feels rather strange.
Anyway, today I shall mostly be building clusters. In Windows 2000 Advanced (urgh) but on VMWare.
Which is nice.
