SINergy

SINergy is approaching once more. This weekend in fact. On Sunday 3rd of October.

I'm eager and enthusiastic. I'm on the lookout for plot ideas. So if you've any suggestions, please let me know :)

We're also maybe going to have difficulties with transport, due to being down a driver. malal is having car troubles. (Although is it just troubles with your brakes? May be able to arrange a 'fix' crew for that one - just the pads are relatively cheap to replace)

As before, I'm probably going to shifting a carload of props, + zaitan.
Otherwise, I'm not entirely sure who's going, and who's able to transport.

So, who's goin'? And if you're goin' do you need transport (eg. haven't sorted it)?
Or can you provide some?

was ibn a fab pub in leicester. Its call the Criterion, if you get a chance to sample a pub before time in.
It has a large collection of real ales on tap and a similar selection of belgian beers as Rob. It does look pretty fucking rough from the outside though.

It's really just the brakes The battery should be OK enough for a SINergy trip, and I'll replace it soon anyway.

Yeah, I basically need the tools / equipment and a bit of a hand from someone with more knowledge of motor maintenance than me.

OK. In a vague effort to have an optimal turn out to SINergy, if I try and persuade some nice person with car maint skills to lend a hand, will that be any use?

(Sadly, I've never changed break pads, but I think ehrine may have a better idea of how to do that)

I've done it severals times. Should only take a Haynes manual and a set of pads (as meantioned in a comment on Robin's post). Both should be easily obtained from Halfords and can be fitted tomorrow or Thursday.

If shit happens and we're a car down then I think I shall miss the session due to work and beginning of term type things. Just let me know if stuff is/isn't sorted out.

Adam, I would still consider coming to Coventry if pre-sinergy RP is to be run.
