Hello. We thought you'd like to know that your order has been completed and has left Clarity Towers. Even as you read this, postal/courier workers will be dedicating their lives to making sure your goodies arrive intact and with all haste.

Typically everything we send arrives next day (except Sundays obviously, since the world stops operating on Sundays...) if this auto e-mail is timestamped before 4.30pm on the day it's sent.

You may need to sign for the package, but most things are sent via a Royal Mail service, so can be collected from your local collection point if nobody's around when the Postie comes.

If you haven't got your goodies within two days of this notification, then something's wrong, so drop us an e-mail at orders@clarity.it and query us.

Fortunately the Postie hasn't lost a single item for us in four years, proving beyond all doubt in our book that "lost in the post" is therefore an over-abused lie used to cover the tracks of lazy buggers and snakes.
