Fuck.

Just had a FUCKING court summons for the council tax. The remaining 3rd.
Vey unimpressed. Date is 28/01/04.

Not been to court, especially not as a defendant. And I'd just as soon _not_ do so.

Fuckit.

Hopefully they'll let it drop if I pay them. I can fit it on my credit card at least. Unfortunately their offices close at 16:00, so I'm just a bit too late to ring them up and talk to them.

This does not improve my inclination to keep living here. Anyone know of any rooms in other houses going? Preferably around Coventry.

Well, the suggestion has been broached that I could potentially move in with Ed in a new place and you could move in here instead. I'm certainly not adverse to that plan (and I hope Ed isn't :P)

I'm starting looking for somewhere. Whether I end up buying a place or not depends on a load of things - not least of which how much I can get on a morgage, and how far that will go.

Anyone who's seen my room will attest that I have quite a lot of 'stuff' to store - hence the piles of books which are still in tidy boxes...

Well. This house can fit another person, though it involves chatting with the landlord (total rent goes up, though the rent each drops_.
Of course, Nick might move out at the end of year, god knows what's happening with Tris&Clare, etc.
It's not a bad place, though. I'd be okay with staying if I can find peeps.

I really, really want to stay on at the current place until I'm ready to get a house of my own (which isn't in the forseeable future). Like Huw said though, God knows what's happening with various people. If you can, I'd ask people in general to stay where they are until May / June ish, when people who have yearly contracts start to think about such things.

I have a yearly contract that lapses about then. However, at the moment I'm thinking that as soon as I find somewhere, I'll move. Exactly who, what, where, I've not decided yet - I guess it rather depends on what I find.
