SINergy to-in and fro-ing

Who do we have going?
To the best of my knowledge we have (based on last session, and information since then):
(please let me know if any of the assumptions I'm making below are incorrect in any way)
Drivers:

Dave-from-Leyland

Laura.
Tristan

Richard (Edit: Now confirmed, will be with us on saturday)
Paul T, Anna - who doesn't have holidays on monday, and thus is heading home straight after SINergy. Will be travelling with Dave-from-Leyland. (well, at least in terms of working out car space)
Andrew (hopefully with transport northwards with Dave)
Huw (?)
Graham (?)
Now working on the assumption that Paul H and Robin are able to transport 4 passengers each (at a squeeze), and I am able to transport 1, and that Paul T is able to 'arrange' transport 1 way I think we're able to 'do' it this weekend.
This will give us 9 car spaces (so enough to take the fairly definites). And if we can arrange a 1 way trip, it'll give me the opportunity to connive with Andrew on saturday, and on the way.
Now this is only the situation as far as I'm aware, but it seems that we're pretty much 'fully loaded'. And this is without a few of the people who might be coming along.
I'm really delighted about the numbers of people going, although I think we might be wanting to think about transport...
Possibly Tim and Morph, I'll be speaking to them this evening. We _do_ have DJ slots available, and the negotiation is pretty much down to 'how long would make it worth your showing up'.
I'm prepared to try and move people to/from the station at either end, but as designated prop wagon, the constraint is that I can only shift 1 passenger at a time.
