Yes, I know it's not hard to order by phone, but sometimes you don't have a menu, and trust me, when I last ordered for 13 people it was hell.
So I like electronic ordering.
However, I've just had them confirm my order (was a bit slow) only to phone up nearly an hour later to say that they hadn't called the order through, maybe the store was closed or something.
That's really not very useful. And it's not the first time - previously we've had a 'problem, please call store direct'.
I have on a couple of occasions, had it work, but ... well. I can cope with the notion that a service doesn't work. I find it very frustrating when it's unreliable like that, when I'm hungry and waiting for my delivery to arrive. (Foolishly, I assumed 'confirmed' meant exactly that)
