It's a review of a book.
Not so significant.
But it's a 'meh, not very good book' sort of review.
It seems the author objects.

Interesting - i suppose it illustrates the positive side of such things in that all can have a view and express it and negative - you never know who it reallly is who is commenting and if they have any vested interests.
