Dates and contacts

In a fluke streak of brilliance, I have discovered the hard way that Nokia's software updater isn't quite clever enough to preserve any of the contents of your phone.

So I've restored a backup of contacts and stuff, but it's a little out of date.

Anyway, if anyone has dates or phone numbers they feel I should have, could they let me know please? Comments are screened.
