Is it deeply wrong of me, when getting a fault report from our helldesk saying

"cannot write files to blah - disk full"

to simply close it with the resolution "yes" ?

Yesterday I had a bug report about something doing exactly what it supposed to. It was even documented that that was what it was supposed to do.
