Extreme Cooking.
Nov. 13th, 2006 12:04 pmI had this idea for a cookery program. I reckon it'd be brilliant:
"Extreme Cooking".
The idea being, that it's basically cooking stuff in interesting and spectacular ways.
The idea inspiring from an ice cream recipe that involves liquid nitrogen and basically stirring in the two.
Ideas though:
Cooking a meal around a volcano. E.g. frying eggs on rocks, boiling stuff in steam vents.
Car cookery - use the 'parts' of a car to prepare and present a meal. Particularly stuff like how long to run the engine to 'warm through' things, and which parts to get 'hot, boiling and warm'.
'flambe' style cookery, e.g. setting stuff on fire lots and preparing meals as a result.
Just plain camp cookery perhaps?
And maybe a few other things. I don't know, I reckon it'd work. Anyone else got some ideas for 'extreme cookery'?
