Saturday was good.
Went swimming, and it just 'seemed to work'. So I was aiming for a mile, but felt ok at 64 lengths. So carried on to 80. And then at 80, 100 just seemed close, so carried on.
About 94, my legs cramped, which sucked, but I wasn't going to let that stop me.
So all in all, 100 lengths, approximately contiguously, although not quite non stop. (The pool was just a little busy to just keep going). And one full length under water, which I've not managed in a a _long_ time.
That felt good, although I'm a little stiff and sore today.
