I have just had a moment of sheer joy and enthusiasm.
Because in our store room, I've found a WHOLE BOX of 3m LC-LC 50micron fibers.
I was filled with delight, for the relative inadequacy of 5m and 10m fibers for keeping a neat and tidy patch panel, was making me sad.

And then I realised that I was getting enthusiastic about a box of bits of wire.

I think this makes me a geek.
