Engineering companies

Working for an engineering company, does have certain drawbacks.
Namely a major shortage of totty.
However one of the advantages is our goods forwarding department.
They're great. Give 'em a bundle of assorted crap, a destination and a cost code, and they will pack it up to 'virtually indestructable' and ship it out on one of our bulk couriers.

A minor compensation I admit, but I have trouble with gift wrapping, let alone 'packing'.

It's possible that your goods forwarding department were responsible for packaging our two new chairs that were delivered (well, collected eventually but that's another story) last Saturday!! The packing volume was somewhat greater than the goods within. They must sublet for The Pier's despatch warehouse...
