the price is right

when I was little, I used to really like the game show 'the price is right'. For some reason. Anyway the point was to get closest to the price as possible, without going over.
Well I've found the new variant. It's a game played with evening expenses allowances, and the objective is to order as close as possible to the allowance without going over. But you are doing so via cunning selections of side orders deserts and drinks.
Loser gets to buy a round.
