Just had an email with a screenshot and:

"Hi Ed,
do you know what causes this - and how to fix it"

My response?

"Nope".

Ya'know, I'd have assumed that debt collection agencies would be rather keen to take your money.
Seems not though. Bristow and Sutor have accounts being processed 'now' and they'll be on the system on Tuesday.

How irritating. I mean, I actually want to pay them, but can't. Yet.
