Tire Slashing

Oh joy. One of my workmates (gingerboy) had all his tyre slashed this morning. Well, on the car that wasn't round the back. Seems like some shitbag had gone all the way along the road slashing every tyre.

Bastards.

And to make it more interesting, he really doesn't live all that far from where I do.

Such wanton vandalism is just so frustrating. It's one thing to have a car damaged due to an honest accident, and completely different when someone has just malevolently decided to do £200 worth of damage 'for a laff'. Especially when it's just the week before christmas.

These are the kinds of things that remind me why I sneer at those who would not discipline their kids with a good hiding. Respect must be borne out somehow, and if a few swats to the posterior during childhood will germinate some of that all-too-uncommon virtue, more's the better.

...of course there are limits. I still have issues re: being mentally disciplined by me pop - he went WAY too far.

This happened in 3 or so roads a month(ish) back. 150odd cars had their tyres slashed overnight...

yeah theres a gang of people who randomly target particular streets.. was on local news about two/three weeks back. Adam and my paul thought i was strange when i saked Paul if he wanted to put the yard..*shrug*
