Professional Pedantry

I have met numerous pedants in my life. Every now and then it's somewhat amusing.

Never before had I encountered the aftermath of a professional pedant. They're called 'Government Security Advisors' and it's they _job_ to tear to pieces your system/site security.
And point out that you can't do that. And make your life generally very hard.

So now I have pages of redrafting of my ADS to do. Which I should have ducked and run away from, but ... well I got caught in that round of shit shoveling.

The professional prudents at LTSB are the Chief Technology Office (CTO). It's their job to look at your project and say if it complies with Group strategic policies. The horror....

Naa, VH was good fun. It just had a few minor plot inconsistancies.

To be fair, that Van Helsing summery has a whole fist full of facts wrong. The guy who wrote it really wasn't paying much attention in the cinema. That shrinks the plot inconsistancies down quite a lot. Still got a few though (like, how the Fuck do they get out of Draculars castle at the end? It's ment to be impossible unless you can fly....).

The synopsis actually makes me want to go see it now. Just for the sheer entertainment value. If I go in expecting a mediocre movie, I find myself able to enjoy it a wee tad more. ;o) Kate Beckinsale in corsette is no bad thing.

In all honesty, I found the film entertaining enough to be worth the entrance fee.
Kate Beckinsale looked rather good, especially in the ballgown.
