Phones and stuff
So let's see:
I can have a Nokia 7600
On Three's Videotalk 500 (that's one long URL)
For no money.
The tarriff is 25 beer tokens each month, with the first 3 half price.
I fail to see the catch here. (OK, the phone _doesn't_ do 'video calls' but they're 'spensive and annoying anyway)
I think I shall have one. All it requires of course, is a credit check. So has the added bonus of finding out if that nastiness with the council is going to adversely affect me.
Oh and then getting the PAC code of vodaphone, who's "system has been down all this afternoon". That I have trouble with. I mean, if I can run IT services for a company, and don't have that much downtime, what kind of monkeys do they have running IT...
Edit: Vodaphone's counter offer, is 400 minutes anytime tarriff for 25 quid, and asking a mangler if they can do a good deal on a phone, because i've been waiting, and because i'll leave otherwise, and getting back to me tomorrow.
